The Feedback Game is de Engelstalige versie van het Kwaliteitenspel.
By playing The Feedback Game, you will find out how well you know yourself and the other players. How do you view others? What image do others have of you? Perhaps they see strengths in you that you didn't even know you had!
The game consists of 140 cards, divided into two groups:
∗ Strengths - These cards contain positive human qualities such as: helpful, honest, enterprising, creative and responsible.
∗ Weaknesses - These cards contain what might be called 'distorted qualities' or weaknesses such as: arrogant, inhibited, inflexible and hesitant.
Applications include:
∗ Giving and receiving feedback
∗ Increasing the players' confidence
∗ Team building sessions
∗ Coaching
∗ Career planning
∗ Analysing your own strengths and weaknesses
The game includes instructions for four methods of play. These instructions are also available for download at www.kwaliteitenspel.nl/en.
For professional users (trainers, coaches, managers, teachers and consultants), the author has also developed 'The Feedback Games Manual'.
